Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Yuri Kennedy has proudly called the South Carolina Lowcountry home since moving here in 2015. What started as a move south became home in every sense of the word. In 2018, Yuri married his wife, Maria, right here in the Lowcountry, and together they’ve built a life in a community they truly love.

As a Real Estate Broker and Sales Manager, Yuri brings that same personal connection to the area into his work. He understands that real estate is about much more than buying or selling a house—it’s about finding the right place to call home and helping people confidently move into the next chapter of their lives. Whether working with first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, retirees relocating to the Lowcountry, or sellers preparing a luxury property for market, Yuri takes the time to understand what matters most to each client.

His approach is simple: be honest, communicate well, work hard, and treat people the way you’d want to be treated. Yuri strives to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible while providing his clients with knowledgeable advice, strong negotiation, and personalized service from beginning to end.

Outside of real estate, Yuri enjoys spending time with Maria, staying active, and enjoying the Lowcountry lifestyle. He’s also a lifelong animal lover and proud dog dad to Gizmo, his pug, and Gator, his three-legged Chug, who bring plenty of personality to the Kennedy household.

And although the Lowcountry is where Yuri has built his home and career, his Pittsburgh roots haven't gone anywhere. He remains an avid Steelers fan and can usually be found cheering them on every football season—no matter how stressful they make it.
