2007

Founder and Broker-in-Charge Robert Moul relocated to the Lowcountry from Erie, Pennsylvania, originally to take on an opportunity with a nationally franchised mattress company. What began as a career move quickly became a long-term commitment to the area — building relationships, understanding the local market, and ultimately planting roots both personally and professionally.

2014

Robert started his real estate career in 2014 with a clear belief that the industry could work better. Frustrated by outdated systems, excessive paperwork, and slow-moving processes, he set out to build a more efficient, technology-forward experience for clients.

2018

After rising to become a top-producing agent within a major national franchise, Robert expanded his vision beyond individual production. He earned his South Carolina Broker License and began building the foundation for an independent brokerage — one designed to elevate the client experience, modernize the process, and operate with a higher standard from day one.

2021

Robert's vision became Moul, REALTORS®—an independent brokerage built on modern tools, smarter systems, and full control over delivering a better real estate experience.
