A little bit about me...
Born and raised in the Lowcountry, Van Grooms is a 14th-generation South Carolinian. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Flagler College and furthered his education at the Appraisal Institute.
Before joining Moul, REALTORS®, Van built his career in commercial real estate valuation, advising many of Charleston’s leading developers on the highest and best use of their properties. That experience provided him with a strong foundation in real estate, finance, land use, and local zoning—knowledge he now leverages to guide his residential clients.
Outside of real estate, Van has a passion for art, architecture, and sustainable design.
Van and his family reside on a quiet Lowcountry homestead, where they enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of the region.
