He cares about his clients and wants to make sure it is a good fit. He works diligently to quickly set up showings when a house becomes available, even before it hits the market at times. We even had a scenario where he took video of a new properly so I didn’t have to miss more work to run to a home that wouldn’t meet our needs. He also isn’t afraid to share any concerns he has just to make a sale, and will keep looking for the right home! His understanding of the market combined with years of historical events in the area are invaluable. We even had a scenario this time where there was something on the inspection not fixed properly. “Great homebuying experience! Robert is a true professional. When my husband and I were first considering a move to Bluffton, we met with Robert. He gathered information about us and presented a number of homes in the area for a possible match. He then provided information on new home developments which we hadn’t even considered. After visiting the developments, we decided that the new home experience met our needs best. Throughout the construction, Robert was present at every meeting with the builder and visited the site when we were unable to, and provided a video recording of the progress.
